Make a Payment

For your convenience, we have made it possible for you to pay your account balance with our office through a secure Payment Portal managed by JP Morgan Chase's WePay and PatientConnect 365.  If you have already activated your personal patient portal with our office, you can also access your balance and submit payment from within it.  If you do not have a portal, please call our office with your email address so that we may add it to your account.  You will then receive an invitation to connect.  In the meantime, you may submit payment through this link.  Please remember that payments are being processed through a third-party and that, at any time, their website may be down.  You can also make a payment by calling our office or mailing it in.
