Before: This patient suffered not only from tooth decay, but gum disease as well. Luckily, sufficient bone remained to allow for a good, stable foundation. He suffered from chronic pain, missing teeth and the inability to eat well. His general health had also deteriorated from malnutrition and chronic systemic disease. The patient's request was for a "natural" smile.
After: A deep cleaning, a root canal, multiple fillings, two 3-unit bridges and 4 crowns were performed on his teeth. His new smile is natural and comfortable. He is no longer fearful of the dentist, is much healthier and even appears much younger.
