Before: Patient complained that her teeth were "horse-like" in apperance. She felt that her bite was not correct. She disliked the space between her two front teeth. Her ill-fitting dentures had broken a couple of times since they were fabricated.
After: New complete upper and lower dentures. Brighter smile (B1 shade). Bite was corrected, eliminating the extreme overjet. Patient is very satisfied with her smile.
