2010 Summer Referral Rewards Program
We want to thank all of our patients for your support over the years. A referral is the greatest compliment we can receive from our patients. Historically our best new patients come from our wonderful existing patients, so if you are pleased with us, tell all of your friends. As a way to say thank you when you send us a referral we will enter you into our Summer Referral Reward Program outlined below. We have offered our Summer Referral Rewards Progarm since 2006 and are please to continue doing so. This is our ramped-up version or our standard Referral Rewards Program. Our regular Referral Program will begin again on October 1, 2010. Please continue to support us and allow us to serve your family and friends!
How does the Referral Reward Program work?
When it comes to promoting the benefits of our office, nothing beats word-of-mouth referrals. As a patient of ours, we respect your opinion. Those casual conversations with friends, co-workers and neighbors can have a tremendous impact on their decisions regarding their next dental health care provider and our ability to provide them with those services. This program allows you to refer your loved ones, with the opportunity to benefit from it. Our Summer Referral Rewards Program is unlike any other you've seen or participated in. It is unique to the dental field and is only offered in our office.

Odds of winning are based on actual number of participants and referrals, but historically, they're simply awesome. What’s in it for friends, coworkers and neighbors?
The inside scoop - This referral gives your friends and neighbors a way to feel confident in their decision to use our services. So next time you are talking over the back fence to a neighbor, or to a coworker at lunch, and they ask about dental work or are complaining about it…tell them about our Office and Dr. Reyes. We provide care with unsurpassed quality, in an environment where the staff are your friends and the Doctor treats you as family. If they schedule, then we can now welcome a new member to the family.
Summary of the official rules:
Who can participate?
All existing patients, including children. In 2008, a young teen won a Nintendo Wii System for simply referring her siblings and dad. Are you a patient, yet we've never met your husband and kids? Why not? We see patients from ages 6 months - 100+. Employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
Definition - "Referral" A "Referral” is an individual who is not currently an existing patient. Your referral must lead to the formation of a new file in our system. The type of treatment rendered is not relevant. So long as they have a single service provided. Our normal referral program requires that they have a cleaning. So take advantage of this one.
How will prizes be distributed? We will hold a drawing the first business day after the end of the program. Winners will be contacted for prize pick-up at our office. The Disney Trip is an open ended trip that may have expiration dates associated with it. We have no responsibility to accomodate any individual's schedule and it is up to you to use these by all expiration dates. We are not responsible for any accidents or adverse events that may occur during your trip. All cash payments will be subject to IRS rules and regulations. We reserve the right to change the rules and prizes at any time.
