Janette - Office Manager
Janette has over 15 years experience in the dental field as a Dental Assistant, Treatment
Coordinator, Office Manager, and Practice Consultant. Janette is a great source of
enthusiasm our office leader and liaison between patient, staff and Doctor. Janette has
a passion for Dentistry not typically seen. She has a great heart and sincere personality.
She enjoys entertaining friends, karaoke and travel.
Alicia, D.A. - Accounts Manager
Alicia has over 13 yrs of dental office experience with 10 of those years serving in
the front office as Accounts Manager. Alicia is from the L.A. area and has recently
moved to Arizona with her family. Alicia enjoys shopping, spending time with family and
traveling. Alicia is fluent in Spanish.
Noely – Dental Assistant, DA
Noely is our back office leader. Noely is our Dental Assistant as she attends MCC to
complete her Bachelors in Dental Hygiene Degree. She obtained a vast amount of
one- on-one marketing experience working for an existing manufacturing company and
brings that unique quality to our practice. Noely is a bright and personable individual
who contributes in a positive manner to our practice. Noely was an All-Star soccer
player and enjoys swimming, exercise, learning new things, and spending time with her
family. Noely is fluent in Spanish.
Pearl– Expediter
Pearl is our all around office helper and is our go-to girl when an extra hand is needed.
You can find Pearl busy in the front office answering phones or in the back helping with
disinfection, sterilization and setting-up of rooms. She is presently enrolled at MCC and
is working to complete her general requirements prior to moving on to a 4 year university.
Pearl enjoys shopping, Vegas and simply having a good time. Pearl is fluent in Spanish.
Cara - Dental Hygienist, RDH
Cara is a graduate from the University of Iowa with BA in Pre-Dental and Theater Arts.
She graduated from Gulf coast Community college with an AS in Dental Hygiened.
She continues her studies by attending Continuing Education courses and implementing
new skills and techniques. She enjoys movies, participating in sports, theatre and acting.
Dental Assisting Interns
Our facility is a state-of-the-art dental practice which focuses on general,
restorative and cosmetic dentistry and serves as a teaching facility for Dental Assisting
Interns for multiple schools in the Valley. Prior to receiving their certificate in Dental
Assisting, schools will require their students to complete 200 - 240 hours of externship
in a dental office. We are very proud of the quality of service we provide and feel that
we can contribute to our profession by training new professionals in an ideal
learning environment. All staff, including Dr. Reyes are involved in their education. Our
office requires that all interns complete an interview with all staff members and that
they complete their entire dental assisting curriculum prior to beginning their term with
us.
Tony - IT Manager
John is an integral part our team functioning as our "Computer Guru". He works
diligently to maintain our secure and dependable network. In an industry where
exchange of personal information is a necessity in order to provide proper care, John
is able to use his 15 years of experience in network security and design to provide
our office with a superb network. With John on our team, computer issues are
second to none in our office. John has set forth to meet or exceed all HIPAA
requirements so our patients can have the piece of mind they deserve. During his
free time John enjoys woodworking, travel and spending time with his family.
