We realize that every person's financial status is different. For this reason, we have tried to provide a variety of payment options to help you and your family recieve the dental care you need and deserve. We are always available to answer your questions or assist you in any way we can in order to make care more accessible to you.
Below we have given brief description of payment options and financing plans. These are in no way intended to provide complete information on these plans. Please note that restrictions may apply.
Payment Options
Senior Citizen Discount: We offer a 10% discount on all treatment received by our senior patients age 65 and over, with proof of age. Due to our financial arrangement with some insurance companies, In-Network patients are not eligible for this discount.
Full Pay Discount: We offer a 5% accounting courtesy for all treatment plans that are paid in full and in cash prior to commencing any treatment. Insurance claims are still filed, but payment will go directly to you. This does not apply to treatment plans paid through a term-loan agreement. Due to our financial arrangement with some insurance companies, In-Network patients are not eligible for this discount. This may not be combined with our Senior Citizen Discount.
Major Service Payment Plan: We offer a 2-payment option for Crown, Bridge and Denture treatment. We ask that you pay half at the initial appointment and the final portion at the delivery appointment.
Invisalign Monthly Payment Plan: We allow (with a signed agreement form), a Credit Card Payment option for Invisalign patients. This allows you to make monthly installments by credit card as determined by your individual treatment length.
Please contact our office for further information on any of these options. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless prior financial arrangements have been made directly with our office. If additional financing is necessary, we offer multiple financing options below.

Care Credit
Care Credit offers a full range of payment plans. Our office features up-to a 12-month No Interest* payment plan with Care Credit which features monthly payments as low as 3% of the balance and lets you pay within the specified time without incurring interest charges. For patients who would prefer more time to pay with lower monthly payments, Care Credit's 24, 36, 48, & 60 month extended payment plans* offer a low, fixed 11.9% interest rate and an extended term.
